The Check-In form allows the staff to monitor member sign-in activity and help identify overdue members while showing the member their current status. When a member checks in the screen displays their name, account, membership type, start and due date, and last sign-in date. If their photo is available it is also displayed.

The information box located on the right side of the form notifies the member of their current membership status. Pre-paid memberships renewal notifications are displayed in the information box. The information box changes color depending on how many days are left: green for over 2 weeks, yellow for 2 weeks or less, red for overdue. These are default values that can be edited. Contract renewal notifications can optionally be displayed.
For member privacy the Check-In screen automatically hides the information after 10 seconds. It can be re-displayed by pressing the space bar.
If a member forgets their number a staff member can quickly locate it for them. The combo box below the information box is an alphabetical listing that can be used to locate members. For convenience, other forms can be opened from the Check-in form, such as Account and Member Maintenance, Check-in History for the current member, Daily and date selectable Check-in Logs, and Message maintenance.
